The Moore building is located in the Design District’s most historic venue, built in 1921 as the furniture showroom space for Moore and Sons. This unique building features four floors of arcaded spaces totaling more than 90,000 sq. ft. In 2021, a group of investors dreamed of turning this landmark building into a mixed-use building featuring high-end bars, lounges, upscale food service kitchens, office spaces, hotel rooms and multi-purpose spaces. 

3FM Consulting is the Engineer of Record for this ambitious project. Our team provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler engineering services. The 3FM team has spent 1000+ hours carefully coordinating and working hand on hand with the construction team to address decades-old existing conditions and aiming to achieve the client’s vision to the best extend possible.
