- Our best fee guarantee is based on an apples-to-apples comparison between competitor’s proposal and our fee proposal. We will provide you with a detailed comparison and match their fee by at least 5%.
- Our guarantee excludes independent contractors, unlicensed drafting firms, uninsured firms, or firms located overseas.
- Best fee guarantee applies to projects not in the design phase or construction phase.
