Located in the heart of South Beach, the City Hall of Miami Beach serves as the central hub for civic operations and public services in one of the most vibrant cities in Florida. 3FM Consulting was engaged to modernize its parking infrastructure by designing the electrical systems for nine 40-amp electric vehicle charging stations. Our team conducted detailed site investigations, reviewed as-built conditions, and delivered permit-ready electrical and architectural construction documents. This project supports the city’s sustainability goals while enhancing accessibility for EV users in the community.
