3FM Consulting was retained to assist in providing consulting services for the renovation and additions of this unique Restaurant such as providing new lighting for outdoor terrace and outdoor mezzanine and providing new grease trap system to accommodate new maximum occupancy of 150 persons. The team was responsible for carefully reviewing all existing conditions and providing MEP drawings while delivering an exceptional level of service and responding to customers’ needs to achieve their desired expectations.
