Wynwood Marketplace is located in the heart of Miami’s art district, Wynwood. This space is an outdoor venue that hosts concerts, events and festivals featuring a variety of food trucks and vendors.

3FM Consulting provided design and engineering services for a new grease interceptor system. The team carefully coordinated the design specifications with the Miami Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). Through close collaboration with DERM and the project stakeholders we were able to obtain an approval within 14 days of submission.
