3FM Consulting proudly delivered full MEP engineering and design services for the installation of a 71 MBTUH air-cooled chiller at Spanish Marie Brewery in Miami, Florida.

Our team provided complete HVAC construction documents for the chiller installation, including all related piping in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. We also conducted comprehensive load and energy calculations to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.

On the electrical side, we designed the power distribution needed to support the new chiller system, using standard FPL power and aligning with all applicable codes and safety standards.
