Casablanca Miami Beach represents a unique beachfront development opportunity at 6345 Collins Avenue, ideally situated amidst the dynamic growth of Miami Beach. Surrounded by the city’s top hotels, condominium buildings, restaurants, and golf courses, this site offers prime real estate potential. Originally built in 1950 and designed by Roy France in the Post-War Modern architectural style, the Casablanca is a notable contributing structure within the North Beach Resort Historic District.

The 3FM team was tasked with retrofitting the cooling tower of this 10-story building. The team needed to meticulously align the unique requirements of the system’s performance. The outdated nature of the existing systems presented a significant challenge for the design team, but we successfully overcame all engineering obstacles by collaborating closely with equipment manufacturers and the construction crew.
