The 3FM team has been contracted to engineer the retrofit of existing grease traps at this dynamic mall. To meet the latest DERM regulations, a complete system redesign was necessary. The 3FM team devised innovative solutions to expand the current system while adhering to site constraints. We also reviewed hundreds of previous record drawings and microfilms to secure the building permit required by the relevant authorities.
