Concierge and valet services round out the premium experience.

3FM Consulting provided full engineering design and documentation for a comprehensive domestic water valve replacement at Mint Condominium. The scope included the design and coordination of new pressure-reducing valves (PRVs), general-duty isolation valves, and necessary upgrades to domestic cold and hot water risers. The project required detailed field coordination and sequencing to minimize service interruptions across the building’s residential units.
