Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is located at the historic Plymouth Hotel in South Beach, Miami. Opened in 2017, it is the first Florida location by the Bromberg brothers, founders of the Blue Ribbon restaurant group. The restaurant brings the brand’s New York-rooted reputation to Miami Beach, offering Japanese cuisine in a relaxed, upscale setting. The space features both indoor and poolside seating and is part of the broader renovation of the Plymouth, a 1940s Art Deco hotel in the Collins Park district.

3FM Consulting provided full MEP engineering design for the interior buildout of an 8,724 square foot restaurant, including 6,517 SF of interior space. Our scope included HVAC system design, electrical layout, and plumbing coordination—tailored to meet Florida Mechanical and Energy Code requirements. System recommendations were based on performance, code compliance, and client needs, with options including Split DX, VRF, and Packaged systems.
