The Medical Center plays a critical role in advancing healthcare innovation and providing specialized treatment to the South Florida community and beyond.

In 2025, 3FM Consulting was contracted to complete the interior remodel of an approximately 620-square-foot pathology office. The renovation included the selective demolition of existing interior partitions, ceilings, and finishes to accommodate a new layout. Three new private offices were constructed using non-structural walls and new doors, with all interior finishes updated throughout the space. Modifications were made to the ceiling grid and tiles to align with the new configuration.

Mechanical and electrical systems were adjusted to suit the revised layout—this included repositioning HVAC diffusers and returns, as well as modifying lighting and power as needed. The fire sprinkler system was evaluated and reworked where necessary. The project was completed with a thorough final cleaning and closeout of all punch list items.
