Overview:

Good Night John Boy is a 1970s-themed nightclub in Delray Beach that delivers a fully immersive disco-era experience. Located in the former Delray Beach Market building, the venue features retro design elements like shag carpeting, neon lights, and mirror balls.

The club is known for its nostalgic atmosphere, themed cocktails, and lively dance floor, creating a playful, high-energy destination for locals and visitors alike. With themed DJs, bottle service, and a curated late-night vibe, Good Night John Boy aims to transport guests to the golden era of 70s disco—making it one of Delray Beach’s most memorable nightlife destinations.

In 2024, 3FM Consulting was retained to provide a comprehensive update to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in response to evolving owner requirements. The MEP scope included coordinated revisions to kitchen equipment layouts and modifications to both ground and second-floor plans. Plumbing drawings were updated to reflect new kitchen configurations and revised spatial layouts. Electrical plans were amended to support updated kitchen equipment, revised layouts, and new lighting design. Mechanical drawings were also revised to accommodate changes in kitchen design and spatial reconfigurations across both levels. The project demonstrates 3FM’s agility in adapting to client needs and delivering tailored engineering solutions for complex hospitality spaces.
