Sergio’s Cuban

Founded in 1975, Sergio’s Cuban is a well-known South Florida restaurant brand recognized for its authentic Cuban cuisine and longstanding presence in the Miami community.

In 2025, 3FM Consulting was contracted to provide full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design services for the complete renovation and change of concept of the 1,578 GSF Sergio’s Cuban restaurant space located in Concourse E, Gate E5 at Miami International Airport. The project involved the modernization of the existing tenant space and the development of permit-ready MEP construction documents.
