The Curation

The Curation is a private car collection club in the City of Doral conceived as a refined environment for automotive display, recreation, and social gathering. The project transforms the traditional vehicle-storage concept into a highly curated architectural experience, with individual car suites designed as gallery-like spaces that elevate the vehicles housed within them. The second level extends the experience through a private clubhouse, gymnasium, sauna, recreational court, and outdoor terraces, creating a destination centered equally on automotive culture and its community.

3FM Consulting joined the project in 2026 to provide the engineering systems supporting this specialized environment. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design services, including HVAC, power and lighting distribution, fire alarm, plumbing, and associated permitting and construction administration services.

3FM’s involvement was subsequently expanded to address the project’s technology infrastructure and low-voltage systems. Our scope included telecommunications, data/IT, security, standard audio/visual systems, and the building’s fiber-optic backbone, with infrastructure designed around the operational and connectivity requirements of the facility.

The result was a coordinated engineering approach that supported the architectural vision while providing the comfort, power, connectivity, security, and building infrastructure required for a modern private automotive club.
