Introduction and History

3FM Consulting is a South Florida-based consulting AE firm. We are a group of consultants providing integrated solutions, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for the construction industry. Our team possesses over 100 years of cumulative experience. The firm was formally incorporated in 2013, and within the first six years, it had grown from two engineers to a group of ten engineers and designers.
Our team has been involved in a large variety of projects including airports, seaports, municipalities, parks, residential towers, museums, historical renovations, auditoriums, shopping centers, and schools. The 3FM team has a long history of meeting client requirements, and we consistently meet engineering and construction challenges head-on.
At 3FM, the cornerstone of our success is our hands-on approach to working with clients. From initial prospect, until the lights come on, we put our clients’ needs first.

Public Sector Qualifications

3FM Consulting is an approved vendor for Miami-Dade County, Miami-Dade School Board,  and the Broward County School Board. The firm has been fully vetted by multiple government agencies, including the State of Florida for ongoing defense-related services in the SE region . Licensing and Insurance

3FM Consulting is fully accredited to practice within the continental United States. We currently hold licenses in Florida, Texas and California. The firm includes general liability, automobile insurance, workers compensation and E&O in all contracts. Insurance carriers are recognized international firms with A+ ratings. Multi-million dollar limits are available for the most demanding projects. Certificates are available upon request.
The firm also holds industry credentials such as:
