Originally established across three campuses, the school later consolidated into a single, expansive 40-acre campus in Plantation, Florida.

3FM Consulting was selected to provide comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP-FP) engineering services across multiple school buildings on the Broward campus. Our team delivered meticulous design solutions to support both the functionality and safety of this world-class academic environment.

The project scope included the design and coordination of critical building systems such as fire alarm, power distribution, domestic water, and sanitary systems. Special attention was given to ensuring that all fire protection designs complied with the Florida Administrative Code, maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory alignment.
