This elegant Art Deco building was originally built as the John Collins Memorial Library and Art Center between 1930 and 1934, honoring the late Miami Beah pioneer John A. Collins. The Bass Museum was later opened as Miami Beach’s contemporary art museum.

 3FM Consulting services were retained to assist with the required 40-year recertification of the Miami Beach Bass Museum. The 3FM team provided detailed reports of the electrical system to ensure the safety throughout the property and determined if repairs and replacements were necessary.
