Brickell City Centre is a mixed-use complex located in one of Miami’s fastest growing residential areas and one of the most important international financial districts in the United States. Opening in 2016, Brickell was originally referred to as Millionaire’s Row, known as a neighborhood of luxurious mansions and home to some of the wealthiest families, Brickell has been on a developmental rise since the 1980’s. Today Brickell City Centre is the heart of Brickell.

The 3FM team provided full system analysis of standard and emergency power distribution systems to meet the requirements of FPL’s Commercial Demand Reduction Rider (CDR). Our team reviewed hundreds of as-built documents and re-calculated power distribution systems in an effort to meet FPL’s stringent requirements. The result was a sound engineering opinion outlining the pathway to meet the requirements of the CDR program
