The 3FM team has provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for multiple new medical office locations. As part of the scope of work, the 3FM team has reviewed existing field conditions and made design modifications to meet the Chen Medical project specifications. The various projects have been carefully coordinated with the Architect of Record and owner representatives.
