Florida Power and Light company is the largest power utility in Florida. This new construction building is located in Broward County, Florida.

The 3FM Consulting group was retained to assist with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for new repair facilities. The scope of work included tedious equipment sizing and load calculations. Additionally, the 3FM team covered the careful design of fire alarm, power distribution, emergency, storm and sanitary system designs. With careful and precise execution, 3FM made sure that all fire protection work was in alignment with Florida administrative code specifications.
