The LATAM Lounge Miami at Miami International Airport is a sleek, upscale airport lounge located near Concourse J that offers a premium travel experience for passengers. Inside, travelers enjoy a well-designed space featuring comfortable seating, work-friendly areas, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a buffet with Latin-inspired dishes, drinks, and snacks. The lounge combines convenience and comfort, making it a welcoming and relaxing environment for both business and leisure travelers before departure.

In 2025, 3FM Consulting provided full MEP engineering services for the comprehensive remodel and expansion of the LATAM Lounge. Our scope included the renovation of the commercial kitchen space, back-of-house support areas, and the new premium lounge space. The work encompassed complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing redesign to support upgraded food-service operations, improved staff workflow, and enhanced guest amenities, all while coordinating with airport infrastructure, stringent code requirements, and operational constraints within an active terminal.
