This historic landmark was originally built in 1942 by the US Navy, to serve as a Naval Air Station during WWII. The building then served multi use for the CIA, US Army and USMC until 2018 when the building was restored to the Miami Military Museum and Memorial.   

The 3FM team was engaged to provide fire protection engineering and design services. As part of our scope of work, we provided carefully designed shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, equipment schedules, specifications, and detailed dimensioned details. The team worked in close collaboration with the construction team and Miami Dade County to provide a well-coordinated design.
