Commencing it’s opening on Valentine’s Day 2014; Palm Beach Outlets is a 440,000 square foot West Palm Beach shopping center. The outlets feature over 130 stores and restaurants.

3FM consulting has provided engineering and design services for multiple retail tenants throughout this facility. We have been contracted to perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the improvement of dozens of tenant spaces. Work has included coordination with landlord-tenant agreement, national chain specifications and job specific project requirements
