The Promenade at Coconut Creek is a 23-acre open air upscale shopping center located in Broward county Florida. The center is a mix-used space with over 45 retail stores, restaurants, a gym and office spaces.  The Promenade opened in November of 2008.

3FM consulting has provided engineering and design services for multiple retail tenants throughout this facility. We have been contracted to perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the improvement of dozens of tenant spaces. Work has included coordination with landlord-tenant agreement, national chain specifications and job specific project requirements.
