Regatta

In 2025, 3FM Consulting was retained to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design services for the renovation and expansion of Regatta, a restaurant located in Concourse G, Gate G6 at Miami International Airport. The project encompassed a total of 4,500 GSF and was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of the full renovation of the existing 2,055 GSF restaurant space, while Phase II included the expansion of an additional 1,980 GSF. 3FM provided HVAC, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services to support the modernization and expansion of the restaurant within one of the nation’s busiest airports.
