The Shoppes at Rio Vista are located in the heart of the city of Fort Lauderdale, FL. This project includes a 6,000 square feet branch bank and 20,000 square feet of retail throughout two buildings. The Shoppes at Rio Vista currently sits on a 2.6-acre property.

3FM consulting has provided engineering and design services for multiple retail tenants throughout this facility. We have been contracted to perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the improvement of dozens of tenant spaces. Work has included coordination with landlord-tenant agreement, national chain specifications and job specific project requirements.
